Our docks are designed and tailored to specific site conditions in order to guarantee a class-A product for our customers. We implement green materials that are both durable and attractive, enhancing the overall appearance and performance of waterfront structures. With dedication to the craft and maintaining environmental consciousness, Lakeside Construction has maintained a 0% failure rate in dock constructions. We plan to keep it that way.

Dock RestorationList Item 4
We're experts at restoring outdated docks on lake Washington, Lake Sammamish and all surrounding area lakes. Our team will work with you from start to finish to ensure we restore your dock with the highest quality materials at a very fair price. Our on-staff permit contractor is continually educated to ensure we stay in compliance to adhere to the everchangning permit requirements and policies for each waterfront zone.
VESSELS: The bulk of the our projects are conducted with our barges located on Lake Washington and Lake Sammamish. Our vessels are ideally suited for dock building projects and will be dedicated to the site throughout the building process.
CONTAINMENT: If required, an “Elastec Simplex” containment boom will be secured around the project site. The unit is a cylindrical foam flotation fence for use in moderately calm and protected waterways. Conforms to OPA-90 specifications, is relatively light weight (1.7 lbs/lf), has a breaking strength of 5,000lbs. and would be positioned appropriately for boat traffic.
